Structured Output Collapses Answer Diversity Across 44 Language Models : Across 44 models and 31 prompts, JSON raised modal answers from 41% to 64%, cut unique responses 52→36, and shifted 53% of stable defaults overall.
Bad Memory: Evaluating Prompt Injection Risks from Memory in Agentic Systems : Across Claude Code and Codex, four models faced three memory attacks; single-session mean ASR ranged 23.3–63.3%, while GPT-5.5 brand targeting reached 100% in every trial.
